Here is how shipping, returns, refunds, and customer support work at TinyEase.

Delivery

Shipping Policy

We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Orders usually take 2 to 3 business days to confirm after payment.

Once confirmed, delivery typically takes 3 to 6 business days, depending on your address and courier availability. Delivery times may be longer during promotions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect or the courier could not reach you, a new delivery fee may apply.

14 days

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, faulty, incorrect, or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos so we can guide you through the return.

Approved returns must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used baby-care products can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged on arrival.

Refunds

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged, faulty, incorrect, or defective. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

If your item arrived faulty, damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can make it right.

Once your claim is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund or exchange has been approved. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible and can take a few business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Checkout

Payment and Order Policy

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully completed at checkout. Prices are shown in South African Rand and may change during promotions or product updates.

If we need to cancel an order because an item is unavailable, we will contact you and arrange a refund or alternative option.

All payments are handled through secure checkout providers. TinyEase does not store your full card details.

We use your personal information to process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, and send store updates where you have opted in.

We only share the information needed to complete your order with trusted service providers such as payment processors and couriers.
